Guangzhou Denes' first 350T heavy lift with lifting function successfully passed the HAT function inspection

  Recently, the first 350T heavy-duty crane with lifting function produced by Guangzhou Denes has successfully passed the HAT (Harbour Acceptance Test) function inspection, taking an important step towards achieving high-quality and on-time delivery goals.  

  Our company has built a 32000DWT multi-purpose heavy lift vessel for CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Currently, there are a total of 6 vessels, each equipped with 3 350T heavy lifts. This series of heavy-duty cranes not only retains NMF's unique traditional design, but also comes with a lifting function. After testing, this function has stable speed, safety and reliability (with 2 sets of safety brakes and mutual backup), greatly improving the safety of operators. In addition, the heavy crane also has a vertical locking function for the boom, allowing the ship to navigate normally even when the boom is vertically locked. After testing, this function has strong stability and high safety, greatly reducing the occupation of ship cargo space by heavy lifting equipment and effectively improving the effective cargo space of the ship.         

  It is worth mentioning that this series of ships also has a joint lifting function between the two 350T heavy cranes, with a joint lifting capacity of 700T, making it easy to cope with oversized and super heavy cargo.        

  Our company's first 350T heavy lift with lifting function has successfully passed the HAT function inspection, which not only plays a positive role in achieving our annual production goals, but also demonstrates its rich experience and capabilities in heavy lift production, assembly, commissioning, and other aspects.

  Next, our company will continue to carry out subsequent lifting tests, inspection reports, and complete machine certification work to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of the project, contributing to its good reputation in the ship heavy lifting market.
